"People who received personal coaching experienced a 74% boost in their thinking and memory tests compared with those who didn't receive such attention."*

"Epidemiology suggests that a health-promoting lifestyle, incorporating a prudent diet, regular vigorous exercise, and other feasible measures, can cut the high risk for AD [Alzheimer's dementia] among the elderly by up to 60%. Conceivably, complementing such lifestyle measures with long-term adherence to the sort of nutraceutical regimen outlined here may drive down risk for AD even further."*

"The fifth and sixth decades of human life [40s and 50s] are emerging as being more than a mere interlude between adulthood and advanced age. Instead, non-linear trajectories at multiple levels of biology suggest that the brain may go through a phase of 'middle aging'. Ultimately, these changes could shape future cognitive aging. Therefore, renewed consideration should be given to this previously understudied period of life."*

“Our lifestyle choices are profoundly influential in terms of how our brain will perform in the future… Importantly, whether we are talking about early or late-onset dementia, the modifiable changes begin to occur as much as three decades before changes in cognitive function are first recognized,” he said. "Ultimately, the time to take preventative action is now."*

New studies suggest millions with signs of dementia go undiagnosed until it’s too late*
A new study has shown that mild cognitive impairment [MCI], which is an early stage of dementia, is widely underdiagnosed in people 65 and older. The study found that only 8% of cases with mild cognitive impairment that were expected based on a statistical model had actually been diagnosed.

I'm excited to invite you to join me on an exhilarating journey, one that's enriched by the wisdom and insights I've gathered over four decades. This journey has not only filled my life with joy but has also kept me biologically youthful and my memory razor-sharp. It's a sobering fact that 30% of people will eventually face Alzheimer's dementia. However, I stand in a place of serene confidence, armed with the knowledge that I'm employing every essential strategy to stave off this condition. Let's embark on this remarkable adventure together and share in the wealth of knowledge that promises a life of happiness, youthfulness, and mental clarity.

Early Assessment & Engagement
Our approach starts by conducting a thorough assessment of your existing lifestyle, diet, health conditions, medications, supplements, social engagements, environmental influences, and additional factors to set a foundational benchmark. Following this, we initiate a journey of continuous engagement and learning via both personal and group interactions.
Sustained Development
Progress unfolds over months and even years, achieved through consistent participation in regular Zoom group sessions. Throughout this journey, we conduct periodic in-depth assessments of cognitive health and biological age. These elements are pivotal to the success of our distinctive program.
Services
Sometimes to change dietary habits is sufficient for changing the whole lifestyle. Food for body can heal the whole personality by causing a behavioral change.
Life is motion and you can feel your every muscle when you are working out. Of course, you have to know what type of exercise and how much of it for maximum benefit.
The best solution of course is combining a whole host of lifestyle, diet and supplement, and environmental changes. These changes need to be individualized to be most effective.
